This property is worth in terms of value for money and location. The staff were exceptional and made us feel welcome during our stay. Breakfast was served every morning. The room size was spacious and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The property was conveniently located near shopping areas and transport options. Parking was also available. Although the cleanliness and facilities could be improved, it's great overall. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

Great value for money and an excellent location — very close to the Naga Cathedral and the plaza, and within walking distance to fast food and convenience stores. They serve breakfast for two, and even though I was traveling alone, they still gave me two sets. A nice gesture! Just note that they deliver breakfast to your door at 7:00 AM, so if you prefer not to be disturbed, it’s best to inform them in advance. On the downside, the bed linens could be updated and cleanliness can be improved.

Overall, our experience was worth the money. Although there was a scheduled power interruption, the hotel had reliable backup power, so it wasn’t a major issue. The staff were approachable and accommodating, and the breakfast was served hot and delicious. We’ll definitely return the next time we visit Naga!

Was not able to fell asleep as there are nouises outside and the places looks like deserted, breakfast is good but the aircon is nit that cool also the bathroom is not that clean since the flush is not working. I must day the bed exceeded my expectations as it can fit 5 people, not liking the lights esp the yellowish one as it is not pleasant to the ears. Another concern is the security where anyone can come through the gate in the middle of the night if ever though there is a cctv I have my second thoughts.

2nd stay in the Naga area and I allowed myself to get a cheaper place for the 2nd time around. I was happy about the free breakfast for 2 per day - it wasn't too filling and sometimes the eggs still had their shell but it was still okay. Free parking was nice. Their towels do kind of have a weird smell - as if they weren't dried enough before folding and storing. Communication among staff and maybe the owner was not too clear - when I first checked in, it took a while for the staff to be sure and to confirm that we were staying at room number 1. I called the number on the site, as well as, showed my confirmation from Agoda and everything, so I could be sure we were staying in the right room, right place, but the staff was just not too sure about it and just gave us the keys which felt quite unsafe for travelers but anyway there was a functioning CCTV along the driveway to the parking and where the rooms were but yes, I hope the staff were more informed about the customers staying in their rooms. Also, the floor mat inside our room was probably not changed as it was still wet when we checked in, so being barefoot inside our room, and drying off our feet on that floormat left a bad smell (might be our mistake for not asking it to be changed but yes).
