1. Location is in the middle of the city. i'll give 10/10 for that. Good access to nearby malls, grocery and resto. 2. Parking. there is a public parking lot outside its basically first come first serve but the parking dudes are actually very helpful in assisting me there's also a choice of a nearby mall that has a sketchy underground and paid parking. 3. Rooms. Amenities aren't even stocked or just lacking? A little bottle of shampoo and a tiny bar of soap ._. shared by 2 people. No blower, 1 vanity kit i was expecting that if 2 people are checking in atleast provide amenities for 2 people?? The shower head needs cleaning/replacement water pressure is so weak, hot water almost non existent. Holes in the bed sheet and holes in the blanket. mysterious stains in the pillows. There were nails poking out somewhere in the carpet. 4. Connection issues. Wifi is so spotty, slow and not working 70% of our stay. Over all This place was just ok if youre really focused on accessibility but I wouldn't expect top notch quality with the amenities. The people and the service are actually good and nice people and are really doing the best that they can.

If you, as a solo traveler, enjoy a cold beer, you are not going to find it at the Plaza, get a cool one at the 7-eleven and take it back to room. There is a coffee shop, hotel breakfasts are served here too. They serve great smoothies. There are a few resto bars within a short walk or a tricycle ride. The Hotel is great, but the facilities are lacking.

The staff at plaza hotel treated us very well, hotel was nice compared to others in area. We did have a problem in our booked room, staff was quick to give us another room. Thank you. Staff was friendly and always helpful. That was a highlight of our stay. I would stay again. Recommend the hotel, located at in center plaza of the city. Thanks to the staff who were so nice to us.

The Hotel is great, room sizes, etc, no complaints, however facility wise, there is only a coffee/cake/ food/breakfast place on the ground floor, which is part of the Hotel. If you are looking to sit down in a bar and have a cold beer or anything stronger, no facilities exist, and not much in the near vicinity.

-No exclusive parking. Even their room info materials say PARK AT YOUR RISK or something like that. -There was no cable service No toothbrush/toothpaste/ slippers. - Room was not cool enough even if setting was already at 16(coldest) - Hotel may have been grand in the past as still visible on the facade Visible refurbishments. Carpet looks tired and stained at some areas. Upside is that hotel is clean. Does not smell old. Staff were all courteous and helpful. Even interns looked happy to be there.
