Very polite stuffs. The quality matches the price. Breakfast was quite nice. Don’t forget to bring your own shower gel and shapoo and tea bags as well. They have just coffe there. Fridge is not included. I was satisfy.

We had a wonderful stay at Matilde B&B during our trip to Bohol to celebrate my mother’s birthday. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and our experience was truly memorable. Ate Elsie and Ate Linda were incredibly warm, welcoming, and hospitable. They genuinely took great care of us throughout our stay and made us feel right at home. The owner was also very responsive and accommodating whenever we had questions or requests. The property is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located along the main highway, making it easy to find. It is also very close to Chocolate Hills, which made sightseeing very convenient. For future guests, I highly recommend renting a motorcycle or a car, as it makes exploring the area much easier. Ate Elsie can also help arrange a reliable motorcycle or car rental through her trusted contacts. One thing to keep in mind is that the kitchen closes at 5:30 PM. If you plan to have dinner at the property, it’s best to place your order before then. Otherwise, you’ll need to travel to nearby restaurants, so having your own transportation is very helpful. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional hospitality we received. One evening, we arrived back from swimming quite late after already returning our rental car. Even though it was beyond the usual kitchen hours, Ate Elsie and Ate Linda kindly accommodated our request and prepared a delicious meal for us. Their willingness to go the extra mile made our stay even more special. Thank you to everyone at Matilde B&B for your outstanding hospitality and for making our family’s celebration even more memorable. We truly appreciated your kindness and care, and we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bohol. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Matilde B&B! We stayed for one night and the room was very comfortable and clean. The B&B is located about a mile from downtown Carmen and they provide a helpful binder with maps to the different tourist attractions. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast that came with our room and the staff were so kind and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Carmen!

It was a quick overnight stay as our flight was delayed several hours. We were supposed to come in 6pm ish but kudos to the team as we were waited to checkin at around 12amish. The room was tidy and clean. The AC, and the bathroom - good working condition. I made an error with the booking but the owner assisted us all through out and very considerate. This is a gem in the heart of Carmen, Bohol.
