• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• HOUSE RULES AND NOTES

• PLEASE READ

• 1. No Smoking inside the house. You can smoke outside.

• 2. Pets are not allowed without charge.

• 3. We are requiring Php 2, 000 upon check in for SECURITY DEPOSIT and we will refund it during check out.

• 4. We do not allow extra appliances that consumes electricity. Our house has a basic home amenities according to your needs.

• 5. Please wash all the dishes and cutlery upon check out.

• 6. When washing dishes please do not drain or drop the debris and food waste on the sink to avoid clogging. Instead get it and put it in a plastic or a container provided.

• 7. We require charge of payment for missing things inside, stains and damage /broken things in the house premises.

• 8. We do not allow our guest to bring or entertain bar girls, call girls and prostitutes inside our house.

• 9. We do not allow unexpected guest and no exception unless permitted and cleared by the caretaker/ operator.

• 10. We allow events or celebrations like Birthdays and gatherings just make sure that put your trash in the proper trash bins provided inside and outside.

• 11. Please Turn off the LPG tank and Appliances when not in use or leaving the house especially Lights, electric fan, TV and Aircon and do not forget to pull out the socket for our safety.

• 12. Please do not throw the bath tissue on the toilet there is a trashcan provided at the side of the lavatory.

• 13. Please do not vandalize, tear, scratch anything and spill fluids/liquids in our sofa and beds. For any damages we charge it to you.

• 14. We charge Php 200 per hour in exceeding of check out time after 11: 00 am

• 15. We do not accept more than 15 days or long term rentals unless if we agreed in our terms.

• 16. We are not in control of power and water supply interruptions, please bear in mind that we are a residential unit.

• If guest will break this rule they will be asked to leave our house premises without refund.
