White House Beachfront, Batangas

The place is well suited for a family stay. Very nice location

We were disappointed with our stay at White House Lian Batangas, especially considering the high rental price. 1. The house is spacious but poorly maintained. The available space is not maximized, and many areas appear neglected. 2. Kitchen utensils are inadequate. The provided utensils are lacking, old, and not well maintained. 3. Lack of curtains and privacy. Several areas of the house do not have proper curtains. 4. Security concerns. The gate, doors, windows, and parts of the fence are not properly secured. Some sections of the fence are broken. 5. Bathrooms need improvement. There are two bathrooms, but only one toilet is functional. 6. Cats in the attic. We were informed that a mother cat and kittens were living in the attic, causing noises inside the house. 7. Foul-smelling refrigerator. The refrigerator had a strong unpleasant odor. 8. Rusty and damaged cabinets. Kitchen cabinets are rusted, and one cabinet even fell off during our stay. 9. Cockroach problem. We encountered a large number of cockroaches throughout the property. 10. Poor overall maintenance. It felt like every move we made could cause a cabinet, fixture, or appliance to break because many items appeared old, fragile, and poorly maintained. 11. Overpriced for its condition. Given all these issues, we do not feel the property provides good value for the price being charged. Overall, the house has potential because of its size, but it feels old, neglected, poorly maintained, and significantly overpriced. We hope these issues are addressed to improve future guests’ experiences.

We enjoy the place so muchh, this is a private beach house don’t hesistate to book its calming, refreshing and the place is so big theres a 3 rooms.❤️ I don’t want to go home but yeah we have to😂 we will book again soon.❤️

Spacious for big groups and has many beds. But No consideration for pwd. Aircon in the master’s bedroom doesn’t work due to dusty filter. Kitchen has clogged sink. Caretaker is quite unapproachable. Cannot swim in the beach front since it is low tide.All trash floats in the water. Not recommended for families with babies since sanitation is not strictly enforced in the area.

The place is spacious and can accommodate a large group, which is a plus. It has 3 spacious rooms and we are 12 pax. However, our overall experience was affected by several maintenance issues that should have been addressed, especially considering the price. We stayed from May 29, 2:00 PM until the next day at 11:00 AM. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the water supply due to a generator malfunction. As a result, we had no running water for most of our stay. We couldn’t use the sinks, flush the toilets properly, or take a shower that evening. Even basic needs like washing up, doing the dishes and using the restroom became difficult because the toilet bowls were already overflowing. We only managed to shower the following day after our island hopping activity which is a limited time for us. The air conditioning units were also not functioning well, making the stay less comfortable. Overall, the place seems to lack proper maintenance in terms of cleanliness and the functionality of its facilities. While the location and capacity are good for group gatherings, I don’t feel that the experience matched the price. For the amount charged, guests should at least expect well-maintained facilities and reliable basic amenities. The place has potential, but there is definitely room for improvement.
