Had a very relaxing stay. There were a few hiccups (my mistake) with the booking but the staff were very accommodating in sorting it out. Our room had a minor issue, minor leak in the bathroom. I wasn't really complaining about it, was just requesting for extra towels to control the leak. They didn't just provide us with lots of towels but also extended our stay til late in the afternoon of our supposed checkout date. Food was very good. I learned that most of the food were locally sourced (from nearby farms or their own farms). All the dishes that we ordered were very good. Price is reasonable too. Pool is not the best but it is not bad. Other facilities like view deck (hand of god), kawa bath, etc. seemed new i.e. could use some improvement but that did not stop us from enjoying. Rooms and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. There was a tree inside the bathroom (through the roof) which is a nice touch. The insects and dead leaves from the tree may need to be managed better though like by sealing the part where the roof and tree meet a bit better. Not a deal breaker.

Lovely location great view of Mt. Maculot and Taal Volcano. Rooms were very clean, stylish with excellent service and very comfortable place to stay. Thanks for following my special request for my lovely wife! ♥️💜♥️ MaryAnn and Monette (staff) The staff was amazing,they were extremely accommodating special mention to these two, Receptionist/frontdesk named MONETTE who is very professional to handle everything accordingly, also the head of House Keeping named MARYANN who gave her excellent job by preparing everything what we need and make our stay extra ordinary. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. (Kudos!!!) We will definitely go back to this wonderful place and make sure to recommend it to our family and friends. We stayed here for the holy week expecting that there could be influx of guests but guess what, there were very few guests and me and my girlfriend were able to solo the pool and relax for ourselves. The place is peaceful and quiet which was perfect. We were able to park our car easily in the premises because of few guests. The Hotel aesthetics looks great, but the staff service is lacking because they don't have housekeeping during our 3D2N stay, they don't have room service, their Wi-Fi is kind of weak, they don't have netflix on their tv also, only cable channels. They also forgot to give us towels and we had to nag them for quite a lot of times before they did. The food prices on their restaurant are quite high for above average taste. It's to be expected because they have stunning views and few people to compensate for it. There were few insects here and there but those are to be expected because of the thick foliage they have within the premises, we were fine and not bothered by those. Also note that the location is a bit remote and if you want to go out for mall like we did, you will have to travel for at least an hour to SM Lipa, and 30 mins for other nearest restaurants in the area.

The place is perfect for relaxation.Servers and staff were friendly and accomodating especially kuya Virgilio Jr.Ang sarap din ng food sa Balay Baluk Baluk.We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff are nice. Place is very peaceful and feels exclusive given that they only have 9 rooms. It is relaxing with all the lush greens and quiet view of Taal Lake. One thing that can be improved is how they manage the insects :( Given that trees and tall plants are abundant, insects are abundant, too. Mosquitoes are no joke. Food is also okay. Pricing is a bit on the higher side so choose your meal well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
