pricey for the service that you will receive. The room price is like you paid for a 5 star hotel but they will offer a 2 star facility just for you to have an exclusive bathroom. The cheaper room is like you pay a 3star hotel and you need to share a common bathroom. Wifi is bad even the mobile signal in the room is week. Staff is friendly and accomodating. We book this place because it is the nearest hotel to where we are going, had we have known this before booking we would look for other hotel instead. If I would recommend this hotel to other: still yes if you like us that you have no other choice and it will still serve its purpose even paying extra go for it but if you can find other place go. Reccomendation: Hotel management needs to improve there facility and amenities for better service.

Staff was friendly Bed was already worn, bad for the back Wifi was slow T&B layout weird as it was located outside the room together with staff storage

Inconsistency with the details of the rooms.

We booked & paid for 2 rooms(1 deluxe queen bed and 1 queen bed and a single bed) for 2 nights stay. Upon checking in, or allocated rooms are totally different from what we had booked and paid for. Rooms 201 and 204 are a double occupancy rooms with shared toilet and washroom outside the room and along the corridors. Facilities are also different from what have been advertised and the visiting parties voiced our frustration to the Manning staff and was told it is Agoda allocation. We knew he is lying and giving false statement! We can't wait to checkout and promised we will never come back or use Agoda booking service unless Agoda do something about this as I have a loyal customers to Agoda for years.
