JET Hotel Lipa City

Amb

This property is located in a great location, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a comfortable stay. However, the bathroom was a bit disappointing and the Wi-Fi signal was weak. The breakfast was not so great. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this property for its value for money and overall positive experience.

Room is clean. However, the shower stops for a few seconds from time to time. Breakfast is not that good. Location is great. Staff are accommodating.

I really love to stay in this hotel since it is very convenient especially the location. I just got disappointed as we were to celebrate our anniversary, and since it is a very special day, I called to request for a complimentary anniversary setup which they agreed with few days before our check-in day. However, upon arriving to the room, there were none :) I mean it's not of a big deal, but the staff (i can still remember your name tho, but i won't namedrop) even asked for my preferred color and such that made me disappointed. Overall, I'm happy with our stay since everyone is accommodating and approachable - except for that one failed request. I hope that next time you'll take note of the important things, most especially if you agreed with a guest. :)

I stayed for five nights, and the location was excellent. The hotel itself was average, with some limitations regarding room key cards, TV access, and towel availability. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff, who exceeded all of my expectations. Everyone—from housekeeping and restaurant staff to the front desk team, bartenders, ans OJTs—was friendly, professional, and attentive. Thank you all for making my stay memorable! The rooftop was wonderful as well. Nice view and pool.
