Ara Hotel

Rating: 2 / 5 stars ​Review: First impressions were disappointing, as the hotel looks rundown from the outside. Upon arrival, the reception area looked completely shut down with chairs stacked everywhere, the kitchen area was dirty and dusty, and the lift was out of service. ​Service was very limited: there was only one male staff member on duty who struggled with basic communication and didn't know how to operate his phone. When I tried calling the hotel, it wouldn't ring, so I had to contact the off-site manager instead. Additionally, main doors are locked at 11:00 PM with no entry after, forcing us to return early from dinner. ​On the positive side, the rooms were clean, though they were quite hot, requiring the air conditioning to run constantly from check-in to check-out. ​This place might work if you are traveling from far away with a large family and simply need a place to sleep. It is a large property with plenty of rooms and immense potential to host weddings and events if properly cleaned, redecorated, and maintained. Sad to see it in such a neglected state.
