Despite looking like it's connected to the town proper in Google maps, it's quite difficult to get to the place. Going there requires you to traverse the entirety of Baywalk's commercial area. The path going to the Inn is made of sand, and the tricycle I rode got stuck, so I paid him an extra for the inconvenience. After arrival though, they were very helpful. I didn't really know who to reach, but I assume that the residential building just beside the Inn is the owner's place, as the man (I presume to be the owner) immediately prepared the room for me. I agree with the comments here regarding the room. The room is presentable, though there are bits of sand hidden in the tiles -- I personally had to sweep the floor off just to get rid of them. It's great, there's not much to say about the room as it has all the basics. The water coming from the bathroom has a rusty feel to it, almost like it's coming directly from the sea. I didn't experience any health issues whatsoever from brushing my teeth with their water, but that's just something to note if you're nitpicky about the water. Upon checking out, the owner offered to take me to the town proper. They're really helpful and I couldn't thank them enough for their services. Overall, I think it's a solid place if you're looking to stay in an area away from the busy town. Without a car though, it's quite difficult to catch a tricycle going out of that part of Baywalk. Also, despite being close to the seashore, it's not really a beach you can casually go to. The paved roads in the Baywalk are still under development. I'm a huge walker/runner, so walking from here to PSU in the early morning was enjoyable. :)

The hotel room is not that clean but the staff is very nice. This is a cheap hotel so you get what you paid for.

The sea is a short walking distance. For the price it's good.
