Amazing resort and pension house Our stay in this resort and pension house was nothing short of amazing. The location was perfect and the garden was beautiful. The facilities were top-notch, especially the staff who were very accommodating and friendly. The cleanliness of the property was also impressive. Although the walkability was not ideal, the value for money and overall experience made up for it. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway

We arrived in the morning and it was nice that we can check in early. The place is nice and quite. The staff are friendly. Will sure recommend these place.

The room we stayed in was a little distance away from actual Sundown and completely separate, and rather than being beachfront is a distance up a small alleyway, so be aware of this. The room itself was really well appointed with a kitchenette, lots of storage space and a huge balcony. A very large room and really excellent value for white beach, the rooms here are kept clean and feel very livable especially well suited for a longer stay. The rooms are quite old, but really the only downside was a barely functional old small TV, with a grid of lines on, cable only. Large comfortable bed and very nice shower. The reception staff at Sundown itself were a bit unhelpful, and seemed disinterested in guests staying at this building. For a large comfortable room at great value this is hard to beat on White Beach.

Good Stay

I loved my stay at Sundown because it was a beachfront hotel. The room I stayed in wasn't new, but everything I needed was there so it was all good. The staff was kind and accommodating — they accommodated with my request of early check-in. And they always ask if I wanted my room to be cleaned since they do it everyday. Their place is a quite far from D'mall and the rest of the usual spots in Boracay, but if you just want to lay on the beach and sleep under the sun, this place is perfect for you.
