Fontelo Bungalow Guest House

We got stranded in Cebu because of the storm, and our stay here was already fully paid. I contacted the owner to ask if it was possible to move our booking since sayang naman ang bayad, especially because we might be stranded for two days. We originally booked for 4 nights and were even planning to extend for one more night (to be paid in person). The owner was incredibly kind and understanding. They told us it was fine and even offered the 5th night for free since we couldn’t make it on the first day. That gesture was such a big help, especially during a very stressful time—no ferries, stranded in Cebu, and a lot of uncertainty. When we finally arrived at the property, there was already a kind person waiting for us, and the place was clean and welcoming. We had a small issue with one of the locks, and they responded immediately and came by to fix it right away. I truly hope that when I visit Siquijor again, this place will still remain affordable. This was the first time I traveled where I genuinely felt like I was home. Highly recommended 💛

The house is clean, everyday no electricity for 3-4 hours.. good wifi,malakas ang tubig.. We will stay there again.

I gave this establishment all high ratings. I wish I could have stayed there. But my plans changed. It was very affordable and it was in the area I needed to be.
