The property contact number provided on agoda is not of the property itself but of a tourism broker (pimp) named BANHIKA MONDAL, who is a total bullshit person.... She provided a car for our next destination who refused to go to the destination in middle of the jungle and asked for extra money... when we reported her, she started acting like if it was our fault and misunderstanding at our end... The people/staff residing in the property are very good polite and well behaved.. So i recommend to book this property via another platform but agoda. bcz surely Agoda didn't verify the property contact details and put a pimp's number... I gave a 5 star review on Google.. but car service was a disaster, we were afraid for our lives, because property contact was wrong on AGODA...

Good food, helpful staff ,very good location near to the Garumara jeep safari gate. Nice ouside, we faced some issueds in toilet .

Experience with Delight green heaven resort
Location is good, service needs to be improved as you are charging customer for that. Tea delivered as room was cold, if you do not have that proper arrangement to serve tea at room then please inform the customer. This will establish a proper expectation. Otherwise we are ending up with a mess as the ☕ is wasted soon it becomes cold. But the customer has to pay for it. Apparently we are paying twice for 1 cup. Also, you should get the bills reviewed and signed by the customer every day as you are not updating the entries properly. I found couple of items added which were not consumed. And the manager was reluctant to withdraw them from the bill. Bathroom exhaust did not work, could not arrange a technician even in 3 days of my stay. Collectively service is bad
