• Welcome! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following property policies and house rules.

• RESERVATION & GUEST POLICY

• • Reservations are valid only for the number of guests indicated in the confirmed booking.

• • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

• • The property’s maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time.

• • Any additional or unregistered guests must be reported to and approved by the host in advance. Additional charges may apply.

• CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: 2:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

• • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, prior approval, and applicable advance payment.

• • Please inform the host before checking out so the property can be prepared for the next guests.

• NO SMOKING POLICY

• • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

• • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

• • Please dispose of cigarette waste properly and safely.

• QUIET HOURS

• 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours and be considerate of our neighbors and surrounding community.

• HOUSE CARE & CLEANLINESS

• • Please keep the property clean and tidy throughout your stay.

• • Wash all used dishes and kitchenware after use.

• • Dispose of garbage properly before check-out.

• • Eating and drinking inside the bedrooms are not permitted.

• • Turn off lights, air conditioners, and appliances when leaving the property or when not in use.

• • Excessive mess, stains, or cleaning beyond normal use may result in additional cleaning charges.

• PARKING

• • Park at designated parking space is provided.

• • Please park responsibly and avoid blocking neighboring properties, driveways, roads, or access ways.

• • Double parking or any parking that obstructs access is not permitted.

• SAFETY & SECURITY

• • Lock all doors and close all windows when leaving the property.

• • Lost or damaged keys may be subject to a replacement fee.

• • Please report any damage, breakage, or property concern immediately.

• • Guests are responsible for damages, losses, or missing items caused during their stay. Applicable replacement or repair charges may apply.

• • Please do not unplug, tamper with, or interfere with the Wi-Fi equipment, CCTV, or other property equipment.

• UTILITIES & SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

• Temporary interruptions to electricity, water, internet, or Wi-Fi services may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond the property’s control.

• Such interruptions do not automatically qualify for a refund or compensation, particularly when caused by utility providers, weather conditions, maintenance, or other external circumstances beyond our control.

• COMPLIMENTARY GUEST ESSENTIALS

• For your convenience, we provide:

• • Fresh towels

• • One gallon of drinking water

• • Tissue paper

• • Basic cooking condiments

• These are provided as complimentary starter supplies. Guests are encouraged to bring their own toiletries, personal essentials, and additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay.

• PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• The following are strictly prohibited:

• • Parties or events without prior approval from the host

• • Illegal activities or possession/use of illegal substances

• • Exceeding the property’s maximum occupancy

• • Allowing unregistered guests to stay overnight

• • Using, opening, or taking supplies, linens, towels, or amenities reserved for incoming guests

• • Deliberate damage or misuse of property facilities and equipment

• GENERATOR USE POLICY

• • Generator use is free of charge; however, guests must provide or purchase their own diesel fuel.

• • Maximum continuous use is 3 hours only.

• • Generator use is allowed until 9:00 PM only.

• • During generator use, only 1 air conditioner in the living room, the Wi-Fi modem, and the TV may be used. Charging mobile phones is also allowed.

• • Only the host or authorized staff may operate the generator.

• • Please use the generator responsibly and avoid disturbing neighbors.

• BOOKING POLICY:

• Once a reservation is confirmed, cancellations, no-shows, date changes, early departures, or reductions in the number of guests are not eligible for a refund, credit, or partial reimbursement.

• By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the property’s booking policies and house rules.
