Stayed for a night to catch early flight very early in the morning. Room is okay , bed ok , shower is good but i wish u have free bottled water for guest. I saw a water dispenser outside i think u have it per floor. But it would be great if u have free bottled water at room and complete toiletries including toothbrush & toothpaste . Also the lady at front desk night shift is not very helpful even she saw me bringing so many bags of food she don't offer help and just continue talking with her cellphone . 1 more thing false advertisement they said they have shuttle but they don't! I asked the staff there and they said they don't have shuttle and offered me to book a ride through grab .

소음이 소음이 ㅠㅜ... 그 외에 이 정도 가격에 이만한 곳 없네요. 밤 비행기 타고 이동시 유용합니다. 맞은편에 편의점 ,걸어서 몇분거리에 졸리비 있습니다

Recommend you get a quiet room away from the major roads. There's a 7-11 nearby but you have to walk along or cross a very busy road to get to restaurants. Its convenient if you are arriving or departing from airport during the night, just a short Grab ride.

Staff are accomodating however our room have minor issues

Critical issues including water damage in room (black mold) and old poor-quality windows (lots of traffic noise from busy street resulting in poor sleep). The price is competitive, but I won't stay here again until rooms are improved. The staff is kind and professional and resolved issues quickly as they came up, lovely people. At first, our room lock wouldn't work and required a technician. Staff moved quickly to send technician to program the lock. Next, water cooler was empty on our floor. Staff quickly sent a replacement. But unfortunately, we were given Room 404. The room has heavy staining on walls and ceiling from water damage. It has black mold on the ceiling above the shower and aircon. Walking into Room 404, you are hit with a thick musty smell. The air is difficult to breath. Even after running the aircon (which feels like it might be old and needs more freyon gas as it cooled the room slowly), the air was still difficult to breath. We noticed that the other rooms on Floor 4 looked much better, so we asked for a switch or a refund. Got moved to room 514 which was much better, no noticeable stench, water damage stains, or black mold. But the window in Room 514 is the same as Room 404, a really old single-panel window which don't seal when closed. The room faces a busy street with constant motorcycle and honking noise. Even though the beds were very comfortable, including pillows and blankets, the traffic noise leaking through the low-quality windows ruined our sleep quality.
