The night duty staff person for July 7, an 'Ate Len', was rude, shouted at me, and closed the on my face because I caught her giving an illogical argument. The others, a 'Joey' and Ms. Ann Rocio were helpful and learned from their initial mistakes. Those two were great. I hope never to see that 'Ate Len' anymore when i come back to Red Doorz-Jolly Orange.

False claim of 24h front desk.
I was not able to check in the priperty even if they claim that their front desk is 24h. Could not be contacted through their listed phone. No front desk answering even when pressing any of the 3 doorbells at the gate of the property.

sooo worse we can’t sleep too noisy of environment too noisy of staff,distracting us 1am just to ask what time we check out😡the room is so messy it’s like an old apartment a vandelism on wall (kids)ohhhh cannot recommend
