Would I recommend it? It depends. For sensitive people, preferably not. For not so, probably yes. Why? Location is quite accessible to Alabang. Security of the building is good. Swimming pool is clean and evidently with weekly cleaning every Mondays. Unit's wifi connection and netflix access is superb. Kitchen is complete with the basic needs and the refrigirator is functioning well. Car parking fee is reasonable for me. Here's the catch why not for sensitive people. The unit 1112, for me, needs renovation already. Aircon needs to be replaced. Good thing there were 2 electric fans though to compensate for the room temperature. Toilet's bidet and door lock needs to be fixed. Other than these concerns, everything else is okay. Am I going to book this unit again? Probably yes if and only the noted issues will be fixed. 😉👍

  • Swimming pool, Garden and Alfresco Lounge are still open. Pool schedule: Tuesday - Sunday 12noon - 8PM and Alfresco Lounge 6Am - 6pm.

  • Small Pets are very welcome! Please make sure to put them on leash at all times and please clean up after your pet.

  • Pay Parking is available for guests. P40 for first 3 hrs and P20/succeeding hr.Overnight parking is allowed for P200 from 10PM to 6AM

  • Please Clean as you Go. A Cleaning fee of P500 will be charged if left dirty.

  • The unit will be checked before check out. Any damaged, broken or missing items will be charged.

  • Check-in time is 2pm onwards

  • Swimming Pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday 6AM to 8PM and Free for 3 guests!

  • Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out option is subject for availability

  • As of Jan 3, 2022 we are open to accept guests for staycation and YES, KIDS ARE still ALLOWED and should be accompanied by parents upon entering Anuva premises.

  • Yes! We allow cooking! Please clean up after cooking.

  • Host is not responsible for any damage or lost personal belongings.

  • Check out on or before 11am.

  • Guests must send valid IDs before checkin to be submitted to the Admin for validation and gate pass.
