Would I recommend it? It depends. For sensitive people, preferably not. For not so, probably yes. Why? Location is quite accessible to Alabang. Security of the building is good. Swimming pool is clean and evidently with weekly cleaning every Mondays. Unit's wifi connection and netflix access is superb. Kitchen is complete with the basic needs and the refrigirator is functioning well. Car parking fee is reasonable for me. Here's the catch why not for sensitive people. The unit 1112, for me, needs renovation already. Aircon needs to be replaced. Good thing there were 2 electric fans though to compensate for the room temperature. Toilet's bidet and door lock needs to be fixed. Other than these concerns, everything else is okay. Am I going to book this unit again? Probably yes if and only the noted issues will be fixed. 😉👍

I recently stayed at this condominium and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the serious cockroach infestation. I encountered cockroaches multiple times throughout my stay — in the kitchen, bathroom, and even near the sleeping area. It made the environment feel unhygienic and very uncomfortable. Another major problem was the unstable internet connection. The WiFi kept disconnecting. To make matters worse, Netflix was not working at all, despite being advertised as one of the amenities. It either wouldn’t load or constantly displayed error messages. This was disappointing since streaming services were part of what influenced my decision to book. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations due to cleanliness and technical issues. I hope management takes immediate action to address pest control and fix the internet and streaming services for future guests.

The place is nice. However, the bad reviews here in Agoda is still unresolved as of this date. The aircon is not doing fine. It is in maximum but not even giving enough coldness. As an alternative, the fans are working tho. However, the host should be honest since I ask here beforehand if it is fixed already and she said yes. But, it's not. Hope you can fix this.

The place is cleaned well. It has the toiletries needed. But, we weren’t able to use the TV properly as it does not allow Netflix to be used. The shower does not turn on as well and we requested additional blanket but did not receive any response from the staff.

the aircon is not working properly.and then where is the cleaning service fee of 200 that i paid? ako papo naglinis at ngdala ng mga basura ko kasi my charges daw na 500 kapag nagiwan ng kalat..😔
