Where to start, below is a list of issues I had with the property: 1. Odor inside the property 2. No basic items I.e. soap, shampoo, etc… 3. Poor communication with property management/owner. Was asked for ID and vaccination card multiple times. I asked for early check-in and could not get a clear response. Owner did not notify property security of my arrival or fill required paperwork in a timely manner. Finally, took long time to get a response from owner to address concerns or receive answers. 4. TV did not work If it was only one of thee issues I’d be more forgiving, however it as one thing after another. I left and asked for full refund which I was refused. Owner got two nights of payment even though I did not use the room.
