• Check-in and Check-out:

• We kindly request that you check-in after 2pm and check-out by 12 noon. This way we can ensure that the unit is cleaned and ready for our next guest.

• NO Smoking & Quiet Time:

• For the comfort of all our guests, we are strict to no smoking policy. Please observe quiet hours after 10 pm to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

• Conserve Energy:

• We can do this together, let’s do our part to help the environment. Keep the windows and balcony door closed when using AC and turn off appliances when not in use.

• House Keeping:

• Our caretaker provides cleaning services after 3 nights, towels and toiletries are refreshed accordingly. You’ll find one bath towel per guest.

• Shoes off, slipper on:

• Please remove your shoes upon entering, and place it on the shoe cabinet. We provide clean indoor slippers for your comfort.

• Kitchen use:

• Feel free to use the kitchen for light cooking, but please no grilling on the balcony. Treat all furnishing ith care, chairs can be lifted, do not drag.

• Respect our stuff:

• Please enjoy the furnishings and aesthetics but refrain from taking any of the cooking and dinner wares, small appliances and towels. We also appreciate No tape on the walls.

• Request/Complains:

• Please feel free to message us should you encounter any issues within two hours of check-in. We’re committed to addressing your concerns promptly.

• Lock the door/s:

• As a safety precaution, remember to lock up each time you leave.

• Check-out List:

• Furniture: Kindly Return any moved furniture to its original location and position.

• Dishes: Gather your used dishes and if possible, wash them.

• Trash: Dispose of your trash in the designated trashcans and take it out.

• Keys: Leave the keys with our caretaker upon check-out.

• Dirty Towels: Please place used towels inside the bathroom.

• Electricity: Turn off all appliances and lights when leaving.

• Belonging: Double check your personal belongings, make sure you don’t forget any personal items behind.

• Additional Charges may apply for;

• • Big stains on linens, towels or on any fabric including sofa and mattress.

• • Property Damage, lost items or missing items like utensils or any furnishing and display.
