호텔 드림월드 아라네타 쿠바오

If you're looking for a place to stay that's literally a couple of steps away from Araneta, I highly recommend this place. It's not the most state-of-the-art and the cleanliness could definitely be improved but the convenient location and accommodating staff make up for it.

staff are very kind. 2 busted bulb not replaced. internet always disconnected. tv cable very blurred.

Housekeeping and reception were not properly coordinated. Be careful of their mat just outside the toilet’s door it’s slippery. Even you have reservations and it’s already 3pm you will still wait for room’s availability same with walk ins.

Not good for long stays. Lobby is cramped with musky odor. Staff too engrossed in chatter. Elevator is on slow motion. Room door uses key only, tap card not functional. Room smells damp with flaking wall paint. Dim lighting, small tv without remote, noisy aircon with poor cooling, misfitting toilet cover and deteriorating bathroom accessories.

The AC turns off at random times. I was not able to sleep well. But I guess the accessibility to MRT and other shops cover for that negative experience. Totally recommend this hotel if you want to opt for budget friendly accommodation.
