• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• 2. ผู้เข้าพักต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือ พาสปอร์ต (สำหรับชาวต่างชาติ) รวมถึงต้องมีค่ามัดจำกุญแจ 2,000 บาท ก่อนเข้าพัก ผู้เข้าพักจะได้รับเงินค่ามัดจำคืนเต็มจำนวนเมื่อเช็คเอ้าท์ และคืนกุญแจให้ทางที่พักและในกรณีอุปกรณ์ทุกอย่างไม่เสียหาย

• 3. อนุญาติให้ข้าพักได้ไม่เกิน 6-10 คน ในกรณีเข้าพักเกินจำนวนที่กำหนด คิดเพิ่มตามจำนวนผู้เข้าพัก คนละ 200 บาท

• 3.1 กรณีเข้าพัก 1-5 คน และเปิดห้องพักจำนวน 1-2 ห้อง ที่พักไม่อนุญาติให้ใช้เครื่องปรับอากาศพื้นที่ห้องโถงและห้องครัว

• 3.2 กรณีเข้าพัก 6-10 คน และเปิดห้องพักจำนวน 3 ห้อง ที่พักอนุญาติให้ใช้เครื่องปรับอากาศพื้นที่ห้องโถงและห้องครัว และแถมฟูกให้ 2 ชิ้น

• 4. เด็กอายุ 6 – 12 ปี เข้าพักได้เพิ่มจากข้อ 3. โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย เมื่อใช้เตียงที่มีอยู่ในห้องพัก (กรณีไม่ขอฟูกเสริม)

• 5. ไม่อนนุญาติให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพัก

• 6. อนุญาติให้ประกอบอาหารและใช้เครื่องครัวได้ทุกชนิดในที่พัก ก่อนเช็คเอ้าท์ กรุณาล้างจานและอุปกรณ์ ให้เรียบร้อย กรณีไม่ล้าง มีค่าปรับ 400 บาท

• 7. ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในที่พักโดยเด็ดขาด และให้สูบหรี่ได้ภายนอกที่พัก

• 8. ในกรณีทำทรัพย์สินที่พักเสียหายให้ชดใช้ตามมูลค่าทรัพย์สินนั้น

• 9. ในกรณีนำทรัพย์สินมีค่าเข้ามาในที่พักและสูญหายที่พักจะไม่รับผิดชอบในการสูญหายดังกล่าว

• 10. งดใช้เสียง ตั้งแต่ 23.00 น. – 06.00 น.

• 4. Children aged 6 - 12 years can stay additionally from item 3. at no cost. When using existing beds in the room (In case of not requesting extra mattress)

• 5. Pets are not allowed to stay.

• 6. Cooking and using all types of kitchen utensils are allowed on the property. Before check out Please wash dishes and equipment properly. If not washed, there will be a fine of 400 baht.

• 7. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residence. and allow smoking outside the residence

• 8. In the case of damage to accommodation property, compensation shall be made according to the value of that property.

• 9. In the case of bringing valuable property into the accommodation and it is lost, the accommodation will not be responsible for such loss.
