• All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

• All-male groups are not allowed.

• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• Alcohol consumption is allowed everywhere except in the bedrooms.

• There are CCTV cameras at the entrance of the villa for security purposes.

• Children must be supervised.

• Any eatables dropped would attract ants and insects, hence guests are requested to keep the space clean.

• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

• In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to [email protected] for assistance.

• Please note that the parking space is outside the main entrance where guests can park their cars at their own risk.

• Loud music is not allowed post 10:00 PM.

• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

• The caretaker stays on the premises of the property.

• This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

• Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.

• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

• A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

• One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.

• The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
