Dear Team Royal Destiny Resort, Pongal holidays along with our parents. Positive Feedback: - All staff members welcomed us pleasantly and behaved in a very polite and professional manner. - The food served for lunch, dinner, and breakfast was excellent and delicious. - Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager (Lady) for her kind behaviour, smiling approach, and for personally asking feedback about the food and cooking. - The rooms were clean, neat, and comfortable. - The evening program was well arranged and organised neatly. Though we did not participate, it was nice to watch and enjoy the moment. Overall, we enjoyed our Pongal holidays very much and created good memories with our parents at your resort. I will surely recommend Royal Destiny Resort to my family members, office colleagues, and neighbours by sharing our pleasant experience. Negative Point (for your kind attention): - The water heater kettle was not working in our room. We informed the reception twice, but it was not replaced or repaired until we checked out. Thank you for your hospitality. I hope this feedback will help in improving your service further.

Enjoyed the stay. Overall good Food facilities are limited in the resort and taste also average. Food orders in the resort should be done 1 hour before dinner or lunch. and there is no alternate restaurant nearby. If food is not ur concern, u can go for it. Pleasant and peaceful place.
