Kamelya Selin Hotel - All Inclusive

ok

We had a family weekend in this hotel. The food was extremely delicious even simple things like bread and eggs are beyond. I do believe they use farm eggs and sourdough bread. Desserts won my heart, but all other things were good too. Staff was friendly, indoor pool and spa zone were spacious and comfortable. Although there are two things I'm not happy about. First we were given about 6 mini bottles of hair conditioner and no soap or shower gel. Second is that the heating didn't work in our bedroom during first night and we got really cold.

Loved the hotel and facilities but the only minus for us were the lack of bar staff and waiting on staff, they were run off their feet trying to cope with the amount of guests queuing for drinks, it was amazing to watch how they coped with some very trying guests who were getting a bit impatient. The entertainment staff were very friendly and the massages in the spa were brilliant, would definitely go back again.

I enjoyed my short stay and there is a lot to recommend the hotel. I didn’t get to the beach area but believe it’s lovely. The a la carte Chinese was great. The main restaurant food was OK but not great. The decor was a tiny bit drab. Check in staff pleasant. All staff tried to be smiley. Now I know my way around I might stay again.
