Ringwood Hall Hotel & Spa, Best Western Signature Collection

It is a very nice place. The diner was very good. The room was correct but a little bit noisy.

We had one night booked in a standard room. The room was lovely but the view from the window was of an outbuilding roof. We asked if we could be moved and they gave us a suite at no extra cost! Couldn’t be happier! We ate in the restaurant and everything was very nice! Friendly staff and overall a lovely stay! Would recommend!

Cant say I would stay in a dog friendly room again as it was damp, very hot, overwhelming from pet odur and in need of proper pet cleaning which is charged extra per day and so should happen, but it doesn't. In need of overhall and fixing of all the minor imperfections like the curtains that have broken clips, dripping taps and internet that is barely usable in this part of the hotel. Plus sides are nice grounds, reasonably good food, nice staff, and well located. We asked for a fan and that was provided no problem. Also the room was a good size and the bathroom was well equipped but again, the shower head needs attention. Probably one of the worst rooms I've stay in with my 2 paw friends, and had I known what to expect, would have just stayed much cheaper at the Ibis. Normal rooms in the main hotel did look much better so this is very much a thumbs down for pet friendly room 406 located in the coach houses area.. My search for the better pet friendly stays continues.

We stayed in a standard room: Positives: very clean, beds were comfy, large tv, staff very friendly and helpful. Negatives: not much room in bathroom for toiletries, shower head was not movable and too low for my husband. It would have been good to have had a rail on wall for assisting getting in and out of bath. The only mirror was in bathroom which got steamed up as no fan. Noise from adjacent rooms including snoring so walls must be thin! Breakfast at £11pp was not good, self service buffet, all food was cold, bacon hard and greasy, only scrambled eggs available, dried up chips instead of hash browns or similar, even coffee was tepid. Would advise going elsewhere for breakfast!

We had an executive room hadn’t gone through from 3rd party website but reception were exceptional Room was very clean , 4 poster bed and very much in character which I thought was superb good sized room Breakfast was a little disappointing , items not topped up , coffee was cold and toaster took an age to do anything so a little bland , would have been good to get fresh fruit but everything looked limited
