Bandipura Khans Resort

Stay was good, near to Bandipur forest gate. It was a budgeted property. Geyser and A/C were working fine. However we did not have food in the hotel so can’t comment on it.

We enjoyed our stay at Khans Resort very close to Bandipur Forest entry point.. Nice food.... We had a morning safari, which was very pleasant...

This place is just before the start of the Bandipur Forest. It is well located but the management should put in m ore effort to keep the surroundings free from clutter and debris.With some spruce up the place can become more premium. The views from the rooms can be better if the back yards can be maintained well. Staff is good and courteous and helping in nature. Beds were reasonably clean. But the room can be laid out better and the interiors done more tastefully. The common areas outside the rooms also can be furnished and made better. Overall a reasonable stay for the amount of money that is paid.

It’s really nice resort with good food. Big rooms and spacious and the location is just across the forest.

If there was a negative or 0 star rating available, we would select it for this place. We booked their Villa where the shower did not function properly, no hot water and we were told that the water pressure for hot water would be low on arrival- well the hot water never came and they could not rectify it either. The pictures are edited/photoshopped. We checked in late at 7pm hoping for a decent hotel with a hot shower, it ended up as the worst we have ever been. The plumbing was terrible, the toilet was stinking, cheap materials were used everywhere but we would be forgiving if stuff worked, even the phone to call reception was out of order! We decided to skip our complimentary breakfast as we could not wait to get the hell out of this dilapidated facility. The location is good and it has potential if the management woke up and did something to turn things around. Deceiving and misleading- they should shut this place or renovate to ensure the most basic of ameneties work for the guests.
