My recent stay at the resort opposite to the beach side road in ECR was nothing short of a nightmare. What the website portrayed in beautiful pictures turned out to be a stark contrast to the grim reality. There were numerous issues, ranging from a lack of proximity to the beach to poor cleanliness, maintenance, and an overall unpleasant experience. Upon arriving at the resort, my first disappointment was the location. The website had showcased stunning beachfront images, but the actual stay was in a multi-storied building situated outside the resort premises. When I inquired about this discrepancy, I was informed that this building was the mysterious "annex" mentioned on the website. This was not at all what I had anticipated. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Dust and grime were visibly present, and it was apparent that the cleaning standards were far below average. The room had no proper lighting, making the space feel dim and unwelcoming. To add to the woes, the wiring in the room was damaged, which posed a safety concern. It was clear that the room was in dire need of maintenance and renovation. During my stay, the resort was also marred by ongoing construction work. The inconvenience caused by this construction made it difficult to relax or move around the premises easily. The tranquility that one would expect at a resort was entirely absent. In conclusion, my stay at this GCR resort was a major disappointment. The misleading representation on the website, the cleanliness issues, the subpar room conditions, the ongoing construction, and the restricted pool access all combined to create a terrible experience. I would strongly advise against booking a stay at this resort if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable beachside experience in ECR. This resort does not live up to its promises, and I regret my decision to stay there.

Visited along with my family and high price according to room standard for deluxe room. Children enjoyed the time.

I am Singapore ..recently on 8th dec23 we stayed there by booked through agoda . we really had a tough time , un pleasant .. no cleanliness , lights trip often, and noise from aircon thru whole night , not clean.. bed ,, cover etc. we had personally commented to the front desk.. expensive for 7k .. really not worth ..kindly do not recommend.,,

I like restaurant.Nice food .. presentation...Room is ok.not excellent

1 time stay and enjoy this place is good for team building and events
