Right after booking my stay online I called the front desk at the Inn and requested my room be a single instead of a double. The girl at the front desk confirmed my room to be a single. . When arriving at the Inn I found my room to be a double. And told another woman at the desk. I believe she changed my room to a double to suit someone else. The Inn is clean but this woman was not honest. People can either make or break a place. She broke it. It would be a better place with an honest staff..

Heat in summer
The room seem clean amd good size. Slats in headboard was coming apart from bottom. Air conditioner barely worked. Seemed to cool the room somewhat while out to dinner. Around 3am the very became unbearable to the point that we packed to leave. No compensation offered.

no pool
the pool was down for repair the 2 days we were there. if i had known that when i booked it i would have stayed somewhere else but the place is nice.

quick vacation
The Inn is exceptionally clean. The staf was very personable and it was a very relaxing two day getaway. The campus has everything you need, but I do recommend taking a day and exploring the historic and nostalgic village of Sugarcreek. It was a pleasant surprise. The only criticism we had was the resaurant. The staff was VERY fiendly and it was clean (it's huge) but we were disappointed with the food. Had we stayed a bit longer we probably would have found a local establishment to try.. Good value for the money, but just a little bland. The bakery attached was a real plus.

Exceptional Service
The staff were exceptional, from front desk to breakfast attendant were kind and informative. Room was clean and lovely. Would definitely stay again.
