We had the entire place to ourselves lol. The room and general area was very clean. The pool was clean too and when they weren't busy, the staff were always cleaning up. The pool and beach are nice although the beach has a lot of huge rocks. The current is a bit strong too and when you go a bit further into the water, it's a sudden drop so be careful. They have a nice little hut or bench facing the water which is so calming and good for photos. They also have huts which can be rented that are inside the property before exiting to the beach. One downside though was we almost weren't let in. I made sure to email the contact given that we'd be arriving late due to traffic in the city. I got no response to that email and when we arrived, we had to wait for several minutes before we were let in. Mind you, it's a bit scary late at night since it's located close to a dead end. We were just lucky that the caretaker couple woke up to the sound of our car. Both were super nice about it though. Lastly, the bathroom is open. Not totally open but a part of the wall is open so it can get hot and/or scary over there. The nanay also comes off a bit scary at first especially when we started asking her for a few things like a towel etc. We're not putting that against her though as she's nice in general. They have a security deposit of Php 1,500 which is, of course, refundable. They also charge Php 300 for a day use fee (the 300 doesn't include towels tho so just bring your own).

Stayed for 1 night. Had a great time the staff were very accomodating. The room was sufficiently big for us (2 adults and 2 kids) no TV is not a total let down, more time away from any forms of media. Just being together. I would like to suggest more anti-slip matting because the floor can get quite slippery. The beach as expected was rocky so no playing with sand but the water was clear. The drive was a little long and with a lot of twists and turns. Suggest to take motion sickness meds. Overall the stay was very pleasant. My kids enjoyed our short stay.

The place functions more like a homestay even if the facilities appear to be a resort, so set your expectations properly. The staff and management were the best part of our whole experience. They were attentive and eager to assist. We are low maintenance guest so we were not expecting any special treatment, but got it anyway. The pebble beach was a great experience, water was excellent for snorkeling and the Malabrigo lighthouse is just walking distance. There are a few nearby small places to eat that had good prices for usual Batangueño quick order dishes. Minimal amenities so its best to bring your own (towel, blanket, toiletries). It can get noisy but not until late at night. AC and Electricity was stable. Toilet facilities better than average. Watch out for sale prices a these give you the best deals.

The place is very welcoming. I appreciate that Nanay allowed us to check in early. We arrived 12pm, and akala namin we will be allowed to check in 2pm pa. But no, Nanay was so gracious that she allowed both rooms early check in. Para makapahinga na daw kami. 😊 The place has a lot of cottages one can use if you want to dine al fresco. Ideal for groups ang laki. The beach was rocky, but the water is still very much swimmable. Lalo na nung umaga. Crystal clear cool water. Pili lang siguro ng spot na papaliguan na ok ang mga bato. If you get tired sa beach, meron namang pool. The kids loved the beach for its view, but they loved the pool more. Kami namang adults, we loved the sea more than the pool. The downside lang siguro is limited ang kainan. We went there on a holiday week day, and some eateries are closed. Pero we managed to have decent meals at Ate Susan's Lomihan. She tells the most hilarious stories. That added much laughter to our stay. Cerca's resto was closed when we went, so for bfast, buti na lang we have our baon of sausages and pancit canton. Overall, we'll certainly go back. So much fun, considering na its just 3 hrs from manila. Nakaka inlove ang lugar.

Restroom of rooms needs renovation. The lower ground room that we got had a leak, while the 3rd floor room had open wall bathrooms. Pool is a good option for the kids.
