Windsor Hotel

Hotel em reforma! Ficamos no quarto 113, o ar não gelava, o box vazava água pelo piso e o registro que fechava a torneira para passar a água para o chuveiro não funcionava... As 8h da manhã começou o barulho da obra. Staff da noite nada resolutivo. Staff do dia bom. Café da manhã espetacular e Staff do restaurante muito bom!

The Hotel was great. The food and staff was great. The Bed was soft. I am older and must have comfortable bed. The location near the Churches.

This was my first time at the hotel and it was generally a nice stay. The staff are fantastic, and the facilities are clean.. The rooms are smaller but okay. The food selections are limited but very good. Caesar salad with chicken is great. The pool and gym are small but okay. The hotel location is in the city center and we were told to be very mindful of pick pockets and petty theft. The hotel does post a police officer at the entrance during the night. Just be careful and mindful.
