The Raven’s Cliff Lodge by Marston's Inns

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff only con is there's not much around the immediate area you need a car or take public transport to do anything away from the property

Ravens cliff was clean, comfortable and quiet, so all the essentials were covered. However all the restaurant tables i tried were so sticky I didn't want to use them. I doubt they were dirty as everything else was so clean, I'm guessing there's been a varnish issue. Loads and loads of parking too but all the spots nearest the hotel were taken up by commercial vans, last night there were 16 vans and only 2 cars in the closest spots. Nothing to put me off staying again but it would be good if the tables were fixed.

Comfortable room and good restaurant. Good value for money.

We often stay here when we travel down from Inverness to see family. The rooms are always spotless and the family room is more than big enough for the 4 of us. It's the cheapest hotel in the area but I would also say it's the best. The staff are always friendly and really helpful. The food is delicious and my little boy loves playing the teddy grabber machine. I always recommend to friends and family who are looking to stay in that area.

Great place, comfortable, clean, modern. & all amenities in the pub for breakfast, lunch and dinner, not to mention a good bar. Cheers
