Staff went above and beyond their duties helping carry luggage in and looking at TV. The location is next to a very busy interstate and the motel obviously didn’t use much insulation to down out the noise. The first night someone in the room above us had a dog that played with a ball all night. Mirror in the bathroom is too high for short people. I had to stand on my tip toes to see myself. Who in the world sold and thought up solid steal bed frame base to the floor. Use hit anything against it, it resonates a sound the neighbors can hear

Great Hotel But..
Everything is great except the hotel is just by I-10 and if your room is facing the freeway then you'll have all the cars-trucks noise. Ask for a room looking at the mountains not freeway.
