Very clean, tidy and well presented. Breakfast self serve continental. Room small could only open 1 suitcase on floor at time and had to fold up. No heating room was freezing told would come on when reach 20.8 deg but our carbon and temp monitor had room at 13’ when we arrived and stayed at average up to 15’ hence heating never came on all night despite being given small plug-in heater which it itself turned off after 5 mins. So was an uncomfortable sleep . Also as a result towel heater never came on either so wet towels in the morning. Not good . I know and realise we want to save power and not have A/C or heaters going all day but this is a first, we did pay and therefore anticipate a warm comfortable room. Been in 30 diiferent bnbs this trip and never experienced this- disappointed.
