Hotel room neatly arranged, well cleaned

They staff were very helpful. Only one issue. No cafe or canteen in the hotel. We have to walk outside atleast 300-500m for restaurant or can order with food apps

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The triple room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. Everything looked new, including the comfortable beds, air conditioner, and TV. The bed linens and pillows were spotless, making our stay very relaxing and comfortable. The room also had a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee, which was a nice touch after a long journey. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. They also arranged an airport cab for us at a very reasonable price, which was convenient and hassle-free. The hotel’s location is another big advantage. It is very close to Madurai Airport and can be reached within just a few minutes. Food delivery through Zomato and Swiggy was also available, making it easy to enjoy meals in the room. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money with clean rooms, modern amenities, great service, and a convenient location. We would definitely choose this hotel again whenever we visit Madurai and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
