• Boho Corner Retreat Seremban - House Rules

• To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to respect our neighbors, kindly observe the following house rules.

• Smoking & Pets

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Drugs, illegal activities, parties, and events are strictly prohibited.

• External sound systems, including PA systems, speakers, karaoke sets, and musical instruments, are not permitted.

• Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and a penalty charge.

• Noise Policy

• Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

• Kindly respect our neighbors at all times.

• Fruit Restrictions

• Durian and mangosteen are not allowed inside the house due to their strong odor and potential staining. These fruits may only be consumed outdoors.

• Parking

• Complimentary parking is available for 2 vehicles inside the compound.

• An additional 3–4 vehicles may be parked along the street, provided they do not block neighboring properties, driveways, or traffic access.

• Kitchen & House Usage

• Light cooking is welcome; however, heavy cooking that produces excessive grease or strong odors is discouraged.

• Please use all furniture, appliances, and facilities responsibly.

• Do not stand or sit on tables, TV cabinets, or other unsuitable furniture.

• Do not flush tissues, sanitary products, or foreign objects into the toilet.

• Facilities

• Guests are responsible for the proper use of all facilities, including the karaoke system, game console, TVs, and other equipment. Any loss or damage caused during the stay will be chargeable.

• BBQ Facilities

• Guests are welcome to use the BBQ facilities. Please clean the BBQ equipment and surrounding area after use. Additional cleaning charges may apply if left unclean.

• Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM

• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM (or as stated in your booking confirmation)

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and approval, with a charge of RM50 per hour.

• Damage & Loss

• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage during their stay. Charges may apply for lost keys or remote controls, damaged furniture or equipment, excessive cleaning, wall stains, or other property damage.

• Liability

• The management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure.
