Hotel Nayyar Regency Near Golden temple

⭐ 1 Star – Worst Hotel Experience Ever This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The manager, Sabir, kept saying, "You paid Agoda, so talk to Agoda." My check-in time was 12:00 PM, and I had even called in advance requesting that my room be ready because I would arrive around 2:00 PM with my family. Despite that, we were made to wait at the reception for nearly 2 hours as the room was still not ready. When we finally entered the room, the floor was completely wet, the bedsheets were dirty, and several lights were either blinking or not working. The manager even asked me how much I had paid Agoda, as if that was my fault, instead of addressing the issues. Breakfast was included in my booking, but the staff behaved as if they were doing us a favor. When I asked about the breakfast menu, they said, "Only paratha with curd, nothing else. The manager has instructed this." They also admitted that the food comes from outside. My family and I had to wait over an hour, after which they brought packed food from outside. The breakfast was cold, unhygienic, and of very poor quality. I called the hotel multiple times to speak with the manager, but he never answered my calls. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but this is by far the worst one. Extremely poor service, unhygienic rooms, rude management, and complete lack of professionalism. I strongly recommend that nobody book this hotel. Save your money and choose another place.
