This is a beautiful place to visit and is a must with so much to offer as a day visitor. However I wouldn't recommend this as a place to stay as a solo traveller. This place caters to groups. Rooms are beautiful, I upgraded to garden view, dark room otherwise with mountain view. Bed, pillows comfortable although very firm bed. Im an older traveller and feel it in my hips. Shower good, temperature could variate at your choice. Food choices low for solo guest and given quality of resort this was not the best tasting food I've had. Much better food provided in restaurants and homestays elsewhere and cheaper places I've stayed. Little flavour. First night not even juice was available only soda and was dissapointing service, head person bordering rude. I felt I was a bother as a dinner guest first night. Second night the staff were generous and kind trying to sort a meal for me. I came on recommendation looking for a peaceful place to unwind with pool- pool not available and no pre advance warning given of this. And it was a noisy place with guest events, tourists all day and with staff playing phones or tidying up. I felt very much a bother! Only retreat was to go out or be in room and could still hear loud music. Google translate my friend but some staff not interested. So no for solo travellers but definetely visit the park- it has exquisite bird life, gardens and an incredible cave!!

Service can be much improved to not waste such a beautiful property tucked in the middle of nature. None speak English. They’re nice but they should start basic English, it will also benefit them personally. No ala carte menu in the restaurant, as we check in past 2pm, we were left starved. No ala carte menu in the pool bar too, plus bar didn’t even open. Will come back for the nature’s beauty, but not for the facilities.

Everything offers by the resort is outstanding. We love the views and enjoyed everything offered by the resort. The only concern we have is that there is no insolation between rooms which caused inconvenience at night time.

The resort is huge and so many activities to do. One day isn’t enough. The highlight is the pool which is beautiful. I am in love .. request everyone to experience it once .

The location is imagined, but the walls between rooms are not insulated. Noises between rooốm. Need to improve on this to provide better comfort for customers .
