Worst experience in my life from check-in to check out. First, there is no signs for the entrance, you need to explore the area to find the entrance. Then you have to figure out where is your keys. After that you will get surprised with the room. Horrible two mattresses (connected in king bed), bed sheets with dirty stains. Very very very bad smell that never goes away. Believe me this cannot be called a hotel. You may call it dirty hostel or dorm. They never asked about the guest details (passport etc) so any suspicious person can be next to you very easily without you knowing. No phone so you need to send whatsapp massages hoping for a reply. Would never try it again even for free.

I lost many opportunities due to the hotel location is far from the city and activities. Last bus to the hotel around 11 and bus comes every one hour makes movement limited. Also no guest card as other hotels which resulted in paying public transportation and lost many discounts on activities in interlaken. Also bad communication and misguided on check in process before arriving.

Self check-in. I reserve different room and they gave me a different one. I reserve the Lakeview side and two single bed, but when I reached there they gave us a store like place in the staircase, which has one double bed. The room was pethatic, washroom has no hot water and even shower was not working properly. I you go for a bath it takes 30 mins because after few second water comes drop by drop. When i tried to call they never pick the call. And at night 11.30 they just reply on message that you can leave the room. Very rude and irresponsible. I anyone want to live there with no respect and Extremely non helping. You keep calling they never pick the call. Even they saw the message on WhatsApp but never pick the call.
