• 5. Maximum Occupancy:

• - Maximum occupancy: 11 guests.

• - Please do not exceed the number of guests indicated in your booking.

• 6. Cleanliness

• - Please leave the house in the same condition as you found it. Kindly dispose of all trash in the bins provided.

• - We provide cleaning services before and after your stay, but guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their visit.

• 7. Pets:

• - Pets are allowed on the property.

• 8. Respect Neighbors:

• - Please be respectful of the neighbors and community. No loud music or disturbances, especially at night.

• 9. Parking:

• - Parking is available for 2 vehicles inside the compound. Additional 1 parking is available opposite the street, but please be mindful of parking regulations.

• 10. Security & Safety:

• - Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the house.

• - CCTV cameras are installed for the safety of the property and its guests. Do not tamper with or disable cameras.

• 11. Food & Drinks:

• - Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen area.

• - No cooking of strong-smelling food in the house to avoid disturbing others.

• 12. Damage or Loss:

• - Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss to the property or belongings during their stay. Please report any issues immediately to the host.

• 13. Respect House Equipment & Appliances:

• - Please use household appliances (microwave, TV, washing machine, etc.) with care and as per instructions.

• - Any malfunctions should be reported immediately to the host.
