• • Self check-in with lockbox.

• • Lower down volume after 10:00 PM.

• • Ensure all windows and doors are closed before leaving.

• • Throw rubbish properly into the designated rubbish bin in front of the house.

• • Practice eco-friendly habits – switch off all electricity when not in use or before leaving.

• • Light cooking (Michelin-style) is allowed.

• • Respect the house amenities – use with care and responsibility.

• • Deposit: RM150 (Malaysia Bank) will be collected and refunded within 48 hours after a damage-free checkout.

• ❌ DON’Ts

• • No smoking inside the house.

• • No pets allowed.

• • No parties or events.

• • Strictly no drugs, drug parties, or prohibited items. Offenders may be reported to police.

• • No durians, mangosteens or jackfruits in the house.

• • Do not mop the floor or clean dirty items using the bath towel.

• • No shoes allowed inside the apartment.

• • Do not lose the access tag or keys – RM50 will be charged per lost/damaged item.

• • Do not take, exchange, or damage house amenities – cost of replacement will be charged.

• • Do not check out late – RM50 will be charged per hour for late checkout.
