• We kindly ask that you treat our suite as your own home. Please keep it clean and tidy, and we truly appreciate your cooperation.

• Security Deposit:

• A refundable security deposit of RM200 will be collected via online transfer before check-in. This will be refunded on the same day of check-out, once the property is inspected and found in good condition.

• Guest Policy:

• Maximum occupancy: 10 people. No extra guests or visitors allowed.

• Only guests aged 18 and above are permitted to book and check-in, unless accompanied by family.

• House Rules:

• No Shoes inside the house—please remove shoes upon entry.

• Energy Conservation: Switch off all electrical appliances when not in use or when leaving.

• Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM to be considerate of neighbors.

• No Parties or Events: We maintain a quiet and respectful environment.

• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

• No Pets: Pets are not permitted.

• No Durian: Please refrain from bringing durians inside.

• Cooking: Light cooking is permitted, but please be considerate of the kitchen and others.

• Additional Information:

• Please do not move any furniture without prior permission from the host.

• Check-Out:

• Standard check-out time is 11 AM. A late check-out fee of RM 30 per hour will apply if check-out occurs after 11 AM.

• Failure to comply with these house rules may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
