0세부터 1세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.
2세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.
8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)
모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

1. Cleaning Fee: RM60 per stay — collected by the host upon check-in.
2. Damage Deposit: RM100 — collected by the host upon check-in and fully refundable at check-out, provided no damage or loss occurs.
3. Check in time is after 3pm. Early check in request will be charged RM30 per hour.
4. Check out time is 12pm. Late check out request will be charged RM30 per hour.

1. For security check in purposes need to snap photos front page of Driving license or ID or Passport.
Strictly No
1. Smoking indoor (RM200 will be imposed on rule-breaker)
2. Relocating of furniture's (RM200 will be imposed on rule-breaker)
3. Taping/glue the walls (RM200 will be imposed on rule-breaker)
4. Please wash your dishes & bbq utensils after use. (RM100 will be imposed on rule-breaker)
5. Parties are not permitted on the premises. Failure to comply may lead to termination of the stay and future booking restrictions, If you throw a party, an extra cleaning fee charge of RM200 will be added to your booking.
7. The fee for lost key is RM80/-. lost card RM80/-
8. Please switch off all the electronics and electrical devices and water supply before you leave the premises.
9. Please use the electronics and electrical device and furniture properly. Any damage we will charge for item full price.
10. Please dry yourself before sit on the sofa
11. No housekeeping services are provided. Guests must keep the premises reasonably clean.
12. Durians are prohibited inside the house due to their lingering smell.
13. Please be mindful of the neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment by avoiding excessive loud noise/music or disturbances.
14. Dispose of waste in the main garbage bin outside the premise upon checkout.
15. Do not throw cigarette butts inside or outside the house, there shall not be smoking inside the house.
16. If hold wedding , engagement, birthday party please inform host.
17. Pets are not allowed.
18. Keep noise to a minimum after 12midnight.
19. You’re not allowed to eat in your bedroom & bed set.
20. Shoes are not allowed to be worn inside the home.
