• 6. No Parties or Events: Large gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed to ensure peace in the neighborhood.

• 7. Subdivision Access: Follow subdivision policies, including gate pass procedures and parking guidelines.

• 8. Cleanliness: Keep the house tidy. Dispose of trash properly in the bins provided.

• 9. Use of Amenities: Handle all appliances, furniture, and amenities with care. Any damages may incur additional charges.

• 10. Parking: Use the designated carport for parking. Do not block the subdivision’s streets or driveways.

• 11. Laundromat: A nearby laundromat is available outside the subdivision for laundry needs.
