• Our home welcomes responsible guests who treat the space with care and respect. Please take note of the following:

• • Standard occupancy is 10 guests, with a maximum of 12 guests, subject to extra bed charges (up to 2 additional persons only).

• • A maximum of 30 persons (including visitors) is allowed on the premises at any time.

• • Any additional guests not included in the original booking will incur extra charges.

• - Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the house. A penalty of RM500 will be imposed for violations.

• - Parties or events are only allowed with prior host approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

• - Outdoor activities (e.g. BBQ) are not allowed after 11:00 PM to respect our neighbors.

• - No loud music, karaoke, PA systems, or musical instruments allowed.

• - Lost keys or access cards will be charged RM200 per item.

• - No shoes are allowed inside the house.

• - Pets are only allowed with prior permission. Extra cleaning charges may apply.

• - Relocating furniture or removing mattresses without host consent is strictly prohibited and subject to a RM200 fee.

• - Please keep the volume down after 11:00 PM and close the balcony doors if gathering in the living room to avoid disturbing neighbors.

• - Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Late check-out is allowed upon request and subject to availability:

• • RM30 per hour (maximum of 3 hours)

• • Beyond 3 hours will incur a full-day charge

• - Please do not sit on tables, chair handles, or TV cabinets — guests will be responsible for any damages.

• - Do not dispose of any waste into the toilet bowl.

• Kindly switch off lights and air-conditioning when leaving the unit to conserve energy and help protect the environment.

• Keep the house clean. Extra cleaning fees of RM200 apply if there is unwashed cookware, leftover food waste, or trash left behind.

• All dishes must be washed, and garbage should be properly disposed of in the refuse bin outside the house.

• If using BBQ facilities, please clean up after use — a RM100 cleaning fee applies if left dirty.

• Illegal activities will lead to immediate cancellation, deposit forfeiture, and possible police report.

• Any missing items or towels will be considered sold and charged accordingly.

• You may set up decorations, but please do not stick anything onto the walls, cabinets, or wallpaper. Decorations must be removed before check-out. A RM200 charge applies for leftover decorations (especially balloons).

• In cases where the house is left in extremely dirty condition, deep cleaning and additional fees may be charged, especially if it affects the next booking.
