조호바루의 프라이빗 하우스 (20m², 침실 1개, 프라이빗 욕실 1개)
Sentosa Room11 | 5min to Midvalley By MWM- 8.229명 평가
Couldn’t get hold of the host/company via WhatsApp or Agoda message. Have reached the apartment and called the number stated on the door via WhatsApp but there wasn’t any response (same number as the one in my chat). Had to call them using normal call then someone picked up and gave us the instructions. I booked room *** but was given room ***, there were other people inside room ***. When I opened the door to room ***, it wasn’t cleaned since the previous guests left - refer to pictures. Even their trash was still left in the bin and on the floor. Called back to ask for a refund and they said to request on Agoda but haven’t had a reply or approval from them - it’s been a few days since my booking. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK, NOT RECOMMENDED REGARDLESS OF PRICE PER NIGHT. 👎🏻
