• 객실별로 간이침대 사용 가능 여부가 다릅니다. 선택한 객실의 투숙 가능 인원 정보를 확인하시기 바랍니다.

• 0세부터 2세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 3세부터 12세까지(아동): 반드시 간이침대를 사용해야 하며 해당 추가 요금이 부과됩니다.

• 13세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• FRIENDLY REMINDERS:

• ✅ Check in time is 3pm onwards, check out is on or before 12 noon.

• ✅ NO unregistered guest/visitors allowed.

• Penalty of 1000 PHP per extra guest per night of stay will be charge accordingly.

• ✅ Smoking inside the villa is not allowed.

• ✅ We do not collect a security deposit upon check-in. However, we kindly request that you take care of the unit during your stay as any damages incurred may result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs.

• ✅Waste Segregation Policy: (effective January 1, 2026 onwards)

• Waste segregation is strictly implemented inside the subdivision. All guests are required to properly separate and dispose of their trash into biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste. Failure to comply may result to penalty of PHP 1,000.

• ✅ Kindly reach out to the unit manager number provided for any assistance your may need.

• ✅ Additional House rules:

• 📌Only outdoor cooking is allowed. Induction cooker and cooking pans are available for use.

• ➖️ It is strictly not allowed to cook inside the unit to avoid the spread of unpleasant smell and moisture in our fully airconditioned villa.

• 📌 Proper swimming attire is needed to be worn.

• 📌 Rice cooker and grillers are available.

• 📌 Karaoke is available and free of use.

• 📌 One gallon of purified water is provided onsite. Yet, we recommend that guests bring their own drinking water, especially if anyone in the group has a sensitive stomach.

• 📌 Items to Bring

• To ensure a comfortable stay, please note that the following items are not provided by us. We kindly ask you to bring them with you:

• ➖️Sponge: Only dishwashing liquid is available. For sanitary reasons, sponges are not provided for each guest.

• ➖️Extra Tissues: We provide two tissue rolls. Please bring additional tissues if needed.

• ➖️Shampoo, Toothpaste, and Body Soap: These personal care items are not supplied.

• ➖️Bath Towels: Please BRING YOUR OWN BATH TOWELS.
