This homestay is a scam. Please think carefully before booking. The owner collects a RM200 security deposit and appears to find reasons to deduct or withhold it. We checked in at 8:00 PM, and at 9:08 PM, my daughter became trapped inside one of the rooms because the key and lock were not functioning properly. The lock was already loose and shaky, which clearly indicates it was faulty before our arrival. We immediately contacted the agent through WhatsApp and phone calls, but there was no response and no assistance was provided. Instead, at 9:18 AM the next day, the agent directly blamed us without properly investigating the issue.the agent is very rude (talking india India India ) give us the replied via WhatsApp only. Not even call us at all . And keep rejecting our call .. so he already pre planned to scam with door lock . After we lodged a complaint with Agoda, only RM110 was refunded, which is still unfair. We also noticed marks on the lock that suggest it had been forced open several times before, indicating this may be a recurring problem. Our experience was very disappointing, especially because guest safety should be the priority. Future guests should be cautious and take photos and videos of the property upon check-in.

- Damage deposit RM 200.00 is required and will refund the next check out day before 12pm.
- Please take a photo to owner after you have put back the access card and key into the mailbox when check out.
- Earlier check in and late check out will be CHARGE RM 50.00 per hour. The check out time is based on the time owner receive the check out photo.
- No smoking allowed, who have violate will be charge RM 300.00
- Damage or Loss cover card, access card and key will be CHARGE RM 100.00
- Please be considerate at night, keep loud noises to any minimum
- Please keep the house clean and remove the rubbish before check out, if not, the fee of RM 20 will be charge. Big trash bin have outside the house.
