• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• 1. Check-in and Check-out

• - Check-in after 3.00pm and check-out before 11.00am.

• - Self check-in with Building staff/Security.

• - Refer to the check-in and check-out procedures for details.

• 2. Early Check-in

• - Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

• 3. Late Check-out

• - Check out before 11am. If you wish to request late check-out, the first 2 hours (11am-1pm) will be charged RM80, and each subsequent hour will be charged RM50 (1pm-3pm). After 3pm, the guest will be charged a full day's rate. Please inform us in advance for approval and arrangement.

• 4. Check-in Guests

• - The published rate is strictly for a stay of maximum 3pax. We only permit the number of guests listed on the itinerary to check in. Guests are required to inform us if the occupants differ from the name on the booking. Additional guests beyond those declared are not permitted. The management retains the right to remove any undeclared guests during the stay.

• 5. Parties and Events

• - Parties and events are strictly prohibited in the apartment.

• 6. Do not wear outdoor shoes inside the apartment.

• 7. Garbage and trash can be disposed of by taking them to the refuse room on the LG floor near the car park.

• 8. Please turn off all air-conditioners, water heater, ventilation fan, and lights when leaving the apartment. Except the Wi-Fi modem power, Wi-Fi power is always on.

• 9. Car Park

• - Each apartment unit is provided with one assigned car park lot. Guests are required to park in their assigned lot number and will be charged a penalty of RM100 if found violating the car park rules.

• - The car park system operates on a looping traceability system which requires guests to scan on the LG floor and 3rd floor station when driving in. Scan at the 4th floor and LG floor exit station when driving out. Any violations will result in a fine of RM100 from the building management. (refer to the Check-in Procedures for details).

• - Guests with additional cars may park in the paid car park located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor.

• 10.Durian

• - For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no durian policy in place within the apartment.

• 11.No Pet Allowed

• - Pets are not permitted in the apartment. Guests found with pets may face disciplinary action and may be charged for any damages or cleaning required.

• 12.Non-smoking

• - All the rooms/areas are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee of RM100 will be charged to guests who violate the smoking policy.

• 13.Registration

• - All guests and visitors are required to provide valid photo identification during check-in. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver's license, passport, and other similar documents.

• 14.Keys, Access card and RAPITA Parking card

• - Guests are responsible for the apartment keys, access card, and RAPITA car parking card provided upon arrival. Any damages or loss of these items will incur a fee of RM100 per card.

• 15.Property Damage

• - Guests will be held liable for any damage or stains caused to our towels, bed, sofa, chairs, paintings, hair dryers, and other items provided. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.

• 16.Guest Responsibility for Valuables and Security

• - Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their own valuables during their stay, especially in the absence of the guest themselves.

• 17.Cleanliness

• - Guests are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment both inside and outside of the apartment during their stay. This includes keeping the furnishings and surrounding area clean and free from any damage or mess.

• 18. Facilities (9th floor)

• - Guests have to self-register at the 9th floor security post in order to access the facilities on the same floor, including the swimming pool, gym room, and games room. The facilities are open from 8am to 10pm daily.

• - For swimming, guests are required to wear appropriate swimming attire.

• - For the games room, guests who wish to play table tennis must bring their own ping pong ball and racket.
