• House Rules & Policies

• 1.Security Deposit

• -A RM100 deposit is required upon check-in via online transfer or bank deposit.

• -For stays of 5 nights or more, RM500 applies.

• -Refunds are processed within 7 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

• 2.No Smoking / Illegal Activity

• -Smoking, drugs, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the unit.

• -Additional cleaning or action may be taken if this is not followed.

• 3.Guest Responsibility

• -Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

• -Any repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit.

• 4.Pet Policy

• -Pets are not allowed in the unit.

• 5.Check-Out Instructions

• -Kindly return all items and furniture to their original positions before check-out.

• -Extra charges may apply if additional handling is required.

• 6.Garbage Disposal

• -Please pack and dispose of all garbage, especially food waste, in the provided bin.

• -Improper disposal may lead to additional cleaning.

• 7.Quiet Hours

• -Please keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM, including music.

• 8.Visitors & Occupancy

• -No additional visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.

• -Maximum of 10 guests allowed to stay overnight.

• Extra charges may apply for unapproved stays.

• 9.Housekeeping

• -Daily housekeeping is not included. Cleaning during your stay is available upon request (charges apply).

• 10.COVID-19 Protocol

• -In the event of a positive COVID-19 case during your stay, the cost of professional sanitization (RM350–RM600) will be borne by the guest.

• 11.Special Events / Shoots

• -Any special event such as wedding, photo/video shooting, or similar must be disclosed in advance.

• -Additional charges starting from RM300 will apply depending on the nature/size of the event.

• 12.Booking Policy

• -Same-day bookings are not accepted after 11:00 PM.
