• Please find below details of our resort check in & hotel policies:

• *Hotel Check in Information*

• Check in time: 3:00 pm

• Check out time: 12:00 pm

• Early check in is not available and late check out will be charged at RM30 per hour, subject to rooms availability.

• *Swimming Pool Policy*

• Swimming pool will be opened daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

• For your safety and the comfort of other pool users, please wear proper swimming attire or materials made from microfiber (jersey-like). Cotton or denim/jeans materials are strictly NOT allowed.

• We apologize but we may have to disallow you from using the pools if no proper swimming attire is worn.

• *Glamping & Tent Care Rules*

• Tent Closures: Please ensure all mesh screens and tent zippers are kept securely closed at all times to keep out mosquitoes, bugs, and wildlife.

• *No Smoking or Vaping:* Smoking, vaping, and the use of open flames (candles, incense, or lighters) are strictly forbidden inside or immediately outside the tents due to extreme fire hazards.

• *A/C and Power Management:* To preserve energy and maintain unit performance, please keep tent flaps or doors fully zipped while the air conditioning is running.

• *Resort Rules & Regulations*

• *Security Deposit:* A deposit of RM50 will be collected upon checking in (CASH ONLY). The deposit will be refunded upon checking out, provided there is no damage to or items missing from hotel property.

• *Cooking*: Cooking is permitted only with electric cookers. The use of open flames, gas stoves, charcoal grills, BBQ pits, or any other fire-producing equipment is strictly prohibited within the resort premises. A cleaning fee or damage penalty may be imposed for any violations. Open campfires are only allowed at designated resort fire pits.

• *Dietary Restrictions:* Pork-related products are not allowed on the resort premises.

• Occupancy: For your safety and comfort, maximum occupancy is as per designated tent/cabin capacity. Additional guests will be charged at RM50/pax. Due to safety and space limitations, no extra beds or mattresses are allowed or provided.

• *Visitors*: Non-in-house guests are strictly NOT allowed in the tents or resort facilities.

• Quiet Hours: For guests' comfort, loud music is not allowed after 12:00 am (midnight). Please respect the peaceful nature of the outdoors.

• *Parties*: Noisy or rowdy parties are not allowed on the premises (unless for a whole resort booking).

• *Party Poppers*: Party poppers are strictly not allowed to be used in the resort or room areas. A cleaning fee of RM100.00 will be charged if used.

• *🗑️ Waste Management*: Do not leave litter or food scraps around the glamping site. Please use the provided pest-proof bins to avoid attracting ants, stray animals, or wildlife.

• ⚠️ *Wildlife Warning*: DO NOT KEEP YOUR FOOD OR BELONGINGS AT THE BALCONY/OUTDOOR DECK AREA - Beware of Monkeys.
